I don't know why the "Recipe Unlock Toast" notification and commands are not available with “Education Edition” toggle.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the "Recipe Unlocking" experimental features and open “Education Edition” toggle.
2. Use Recipe Commands in the game.
Observed Results:
No recipe commands and toasts.
Expected Results:
Can use recipe commands.
