I'm on windows 10 edition and Xbox players on my friends list with the latest bedrock version. will not let them download despite them downloading the same packs before the download makes them download over and over again per Minecraft boot up, they cannot join my world without downloading again and without the packs pausing these issues only happen when there's many packs to download and if there over 70mb and over 100mb in total this been happening a lot and seems to only get worse per update.
