Can't delete world files and put old files in the worlds folder

I was trying to get my map from my mobile phone, which I put on my PC a year ago, and it did not work. The world files don't seem to be updating. I pasted the file in here:

C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\minecraftWorlds\
I tried to delete some random worlds, too. Nothing happened. The files weren't deleted. So now I cannot play on my map on Windows 10 and I cannot delete worlds.

Another thing: the mouse triangle and the dot thing don't work well together. The dot lags behind the mouse. Why don't you just replace the mouse icon with the dot thing in game? That would look better. I think it's possible.
