Redstone Comparator Stays Active After Removing Book from Chiseled Bookshelf

When placing a redstone comparator behind a chiseled bookshelf with a redstone lamp in front of it, the redstone comparator and lamp function properly. However, when removing a book from the chiseled bookshelf, the redstone comparator continues to operate instead of ceasing its function as expected.

  Steps:

  1. Place a chiseled bookshelf block.

  2. Position a redstone comparator behind the chiseled bookshelf block.

  3. Place the redstone lamp in front of the redstone comparator

  4. Add books to the chiseled bookshelf.

  5. Observe that the redstone comparator and lamp function correctly.

  6. Remove a book from the chiseled bookshelf.

  7. Notice that the redstone comparator does not stop its operation.

Expected Result: The redstone comparator should stop functioning after a book is removed from the chiseled bookshelf block.

Observed Result: The redstone comparator continues to operate even after removing a book from the chiseled bookshelf block.
