No "Recipe Unlock" option in create new world screen

This has according to Changelog in Known issues

The recipe unlock option toggle is missing from the Create New World screen, but can be found and enabled in the Edit World screen after a world has been created

i think you have to scroll down to 'experimental features' tab on the left on world creation screen. since there's no seperate experiment tab on world edit menu, they just stuff it into 'game' settings. so works as intended. tell me if i'm wrong, though
