"Unable to connect, please restart your client. F2P/SIG: no_session(Empty Auth from Discovery)" when trying to join worlds

When my girlfriend tries to join my world she is met with an error message that says, "P2P/SIG:no_session(Empty Auth from Discovery). I know there is another bug going around where it says Expired Auth but this is what shows up for her.

I've run into this bug as well.
I was been suffering with MCPE-170814 before 1.20.10 update.
I play minecraft on Windows edition, otherwise know as bedrock edition, and have been unable to play multiplayer game with my friends who play on other devices. They can not join me either. Though I can join official minecraft server like Hive.

[MCPE-172980] please also vote for this issue to get some added attention to the issue we are having on Switch

You have reported this issue for version 1.20.10, but it should be resolved in 1.20.12 Hotfix. Is the issue still present if you update?

I also have this problem on v1.20.12, Switch.

Hi, We just had this error happen today on all clients! It was working fine last Friday, noticed the install date in Apps (this is the MS Store version) was 13 Oct 2023 (was there an update or just Windows updates?), and now all PCs will not connect to host.

Same at Version 1.20.32

I've had this issue for several months now while trying to play with a friend. I'm running v1.20.41 on Switch.

Specifically, I get the error message "Unable to connect, please restart your client. P2P/SIG: Error Code: 100". This message was documented in this ticket: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-175666. However, that one was closed and marked as a duplicate of this ticket. 

Is this ticket being worked? Can someone provide an update on the status of this ticket? It's preventing my friend and I from playing online together for several months now.
