It says error unable to connect and that’s it and our internet and everything is fine

What is your device model and OS? What type of multiplayer is affected (LAN, Realms etc.)?

Happpens to two other players that want to join me. I can join them and everyone else tho. One is on Xbox and the other one is on pc. The pc guy hasn't been able to join me for like 1.5 years now. It's annoying. We've tried everything.
