[MCPE-17344] There seems to be a lack of redstone ore in version 0.15.9 of MCPE

I have an LG Tribute 5. I just updated MCPE, and I am having a hard time finding redstone ore. Generally I find redstone within a few game days of starting a world. Please help.

Are you looking for redstone ore in a new world or in a world that you last played in a version long ago?

Where are you searching for redstone ore? Redstone ore only generates close to the bottom of the world.

I'm pretty sure this isn't even a valid bug. There's no actual proof of a lack of redstone ore, and the reporter has not provided any information on where he's even searching and how. I think this issue should be closed for being invalid, as it doesn't provide enough information.
