There is a bug that has to be fixed when flame bows or fire aspect swords d not extinguish when it rains and mobs also do not get extinguished by the rain, Causing to make the mob on fire. And it happened to me more than 4 times. Let's hope this bug can be fixed next update. More proof in the images attached. and thank you for reading this mojang.
