When turte eggs are bred in a fence they need to get out of fence to make the eggs

Reproduce :
1.Find Turtles
2.Encase them like with a fence or blocks
3. Breed them

Observed result :
After I breed them they try to escape the enclosed area to lay eggs. They will not lay eggs anywhere else only that block which really doesn't help when I try to farm for their shell

Outcome :
That after I Breed them they would dig the eggs in the encased area and not in a block that it is not encased

This is working as intended. Just like real-life sea turtles, the sea turtles in Minecraft travel back to the beach where they spawned to lay their eggs. See MCPE-43189.
