[MCPE-173578] There is something wrong with the home screen

on bedrock the home screen is glitching out for me though everything else is fine. might be a problem with my laptop but i have never gotten a bug like this on my laptop

it has been affecting me since 1.17 *note i got the game during 1.17 so it could go back further

with other versions of Minecraft like Minecraft education edition this bug does not exist there

What are your laptop's specifications?

CPU: 2.4/2.0GHz AMD Quad-Core A8-6410 APU
Ram: 8GB DDR3L SDRAM (2 DIMM)
Video Graphics: AMD Radeon R5 graphics (Using a HP specific GPU driver)
the rest I dont think is that important but for more detailed information the laptop I Use a HP 15-g088ca laptop
Note: this laptop came with windows 8.1 installed but then was later updated to windows 10
I have tried using AMD's GPU driver once but After the Installation my screen went black so I had to switch back to HP's specific GPU driver for my laptop
