[MCPE-173597] Short duration effects flash rapidly when applied through repeating command block

When you give yourself night vision in a command block the sky starts flashing like crazy. To recreate this all you need to do is put this command in a repeating command block: /effect @s night vision 1 0 true.

Yes. The same issue I have. When night_vision time less than 10 seconds. The sky starts flash.

Ya, I can add an attachment. I showed you the command and the effect in action. Also disregard the scoreboard 'Level" and "Points" as this is the world that I use to show off or test any commands.
