[MCPE-17370] Flames don't turn off when "pressed" in survival

Hi, device samsung galaxy grand prime, android 5.1.1, when a block is burning in flames, it's impossible to turn the fire off without destroying that block, while some updates ago it was possible to turn the fire off by pressing it without destroying the block
