Although MCPE-103568 is marked as resolved, I am still experiencing this issue. I downloaded my founders cape from minecon, but it isn't in my character creator. It only recently disappeared from the menu.
This is NOT a duplicate ticket. MCPE-103568 is resolved. This is a NEW version of this bug. If this is not the ticket for that bug, then the other one must be reopened.
It's the only good cape I have, and it has become my symbol on the servers I frequent.
Please don't just cancel this ticket.
I need that cape back.

It's fixed for me , before the update it was missing but now I have it back
