Villagers born in all types of badlands/mesa biomes do not wear the desert attire despite villagers spawned with the spawn egg and zombie villagers wear the desert attire which may be problematic with the new villager nerf that was announced.

Resolving as a duplicate of MCPE-174227 as that seems to be a more general issue that is causing this one.
This error is due to incidence MCPE-174227 and I left a mcpack where this error is fixed
