game menu opens by itself without pressing esc

This problem occurs in any version of minecraft for windows:{*}{*}
Since the first time I installed and played minecraft for windows I remember this always happened.
1st - the menu opens while you do other things without pressing esc

• its like you are playing with keyboard and mouse, and if you click on right or left mouse button it action do the game menu open without you press esc. *

2nd - RELOAD PROBLEM on ALT TAB or Minimize windows
the game RELOADS when you are playging on a LOCAL WORD
OR
the game DISCONNECT from server if you are playing on a SERVER

if you MINIMIZE the Game Windows OR if you ALT TAB to another Windows.
