The same problem happened to me today for the first time, trying to open the minecraft bedrock for windows version 1.20.32 - the game, after updating through the windows store, being an app for windows version, opened in full screen loading the game, and it stuck on 41%, after leaving and returning with alt tab the version jumped to 50% but returned to 41% but I just waited and after a long time it started to move. And it reached 100% and opened the game normally.
