Me and my brother have the same computer and been having the same issue with Minecraft bedrock edition. When we install it it makes this static buzzing sound with anything, for example, when we make any movements. the selecting sounds, and music are even affected by it. I've looked up tutorials but nothing has worked, if you could help that would be amazing, as I look forward to get back to playing it.

(Update) I Was able to fix it thanks to a video that I couldn't find before. You have to go to Settings>Sound>More Sound Settings, click your headset>Properties>Spatial Sound, then click the drop down menu and set it to Windows Sonic for Headphones.

Are you using a Razer headset?

I am using a razer headset. And I just tried with the device speakers and the sound went away. What's going on?
