[MCPE-174154] The "Unlock recipe" feature also affects the creative menu.

When I activate the "Unlock recipe" feature and go to creative, there's only the search tab (I'm not sure if this is a bug).

Even if it's not a bug, it would be nice to remove it (it would be useful for map creators who want to use the recipes feature).
