Player prioritizes offhand shield over mainhand unlike Java

Bug:
The Player will prioritize the offhand shield when guarding even when holding another shield in the mainhand
How to reproduce:
Hold a shield in both mainhand and offhand and sneak to guard.
Expected Behavior:
The player will guard with the shield in the mainhand similar to when guarding with shields in both hands on Java
Actual Behavior:
The player will guard with the shield in the offhand

Not invalid. Additionally, MCPE-21519 was also deemed valid. This particular issue shouldn't necessarily be categorized as a parity concern, as the action causing the blockage differs between platforms; on Java, it's triggered by right-clicking, whereas on this platform, it's triggered by sneaking. This bug report holds validity regardless of whether the issue exists on Java or not. The secondary aspect of it being a parity issue is less pertinent and doesn't detract from its validity.
