[MCPE-174225] Former Old World not receiving updates

I have a very loved and worked on former 'old world' type that was updated to infinite but is not recieveing the new content from updates. The world was created soon after the release of 1.17.0 in 2021 and has not gained any new content since then. This is strange because all my other worlds have been updated just fine. None of the new blocks appear in my inventory or generate in the world apart from iron and snow golem spawn eggs for some reason?
