[MCPE-174245] Signs do not register input after using Alt+Tab to copypaste text

Steps to reproduce problem:

place a hanging sign
enter some text
use ctrl+a to select all text and ctrl+c to copy them
close the ui, then place a new hanging sign
try paste text with ctrl+v,You will find that you can't paste or enter anything.

if problem not occur, repeat 4-6 for a few times

sometimes you may need to remove the first sign and then paste text to the new sign and this problem occurs randomly

Alternative steps to reproduce:

Place a hanging sign.
Switch to another window and copy any text from there.
Return to minecraft.
Paste the text into a hanging sign (CTRL+V).
Close text entry.
Place a hanging sign.
Paste the text into a hanging sign (CTRL+V).

It seems that for a regular (non-hanging) sign it works a little differently, you need to switch to the text copy window without using ALT+TAB.

This also happens randomly, no ALT+TAB required. When it happened to me, I could also not type in chat or in a book. Have to quit MC and relaunch the game.
