Steps to Reproduce:
Create an infinite world;
Turn off daylight cycle to make the issue easier to observe;
Observe the static sky;
Switch to spectator mode;
See how the sky color changes from a bright blue to a slightly darker shade.
Observed Results:
The top of the sky fog is darker for spectators, except when looking up.
Expected Results:
The top of the sky fog remains the same regardless of gamemode.

Notes: Changing the resolution of the game window will return the sky to its normal color, only to immediately get darker again.

@unknown - That's a separate issue. You're probably referring to MCPE-85888, which was fixed in the preview
Did you notice that this occurs only sometimes, for example when looking at a mountain/hill nearby? I still have not investigated it thoroughly enough but it seems to me the bug needs to be updated with new info. Tested on newest retail.

Are you sure? I've been able to consistently reproduce it anywhere in the world, as long as it's not a flat one. I'll edit the report to include that detail, I forgot about it.
