From my testing, this issue does not happen on Windows 10, but does happen on PS4
It's difficult to see on the video because of the compression, but this effect is much more obvious in-game

I'm not exactly sure what to call this other than a rendering issue, as I don't know what this visual effect is. Is it a draw order issue? I'm not sure

Also, there are no steps to reproduce the issue outside of doing what is described in the issue title. You simply mine a non-solid block and the piston heads look strange
