I have been stuck in a loop of rain for over 2 solid real world days. I log out, log back in, raining. Sleep, wake up, raining. I cannot do anything because at night hostile mobs spawn, and during rain they do not burn.

I had this issue and it's like if minecraft thought it was a clear time but it is rain so it keeps it like that for a long time. To solve this, if chets are enabled you can set weather to rain and back to clear weather but if cheats are not enabled you wait and one day minecraft will think it is time to set rain and after it will be back to normal.
I have no idea what cause this.
