[MCPE-174498] Fishing bobber sinks if there is a non-full block at bottom of pool.

when you use a fishing rod and there is a block at the bottom of the pool/river that is not a full block, that is watherlooged the rod sinks

Did you make sure to waterlog the slabs at the bottom? Water flowing down will not waterlog them by itself.
