Also the game often crashes if someone is in or loading the nether. This could be a memory leak

after a long analysis of the report description, I knew that it was a ping or tps problem

It happens A lot on mobile devices and Nintendo switch but going to menu and back fixed this for while + for some reason turning off fov affected by gameplay makes this bug rarer
