I don't know why, but the hive is very fine and the bees have not taken off from the flower. The bees can only escape if they are moved using the leash, player's body, or flower.
So, the bees entered the warehouse with the double doors open. After a short time, the bees seem to try to exit the warehouse again but instead a bug occurs (at picture), even though the warehouse doors are still open.
I'm guessing that the bees are trying to go forward by passing through the less solid blocks (wooded slab).
