[MCPE-174642] Bedrock huge mouse delay

Bedrock on pc has a hard mouse input delay/lag
sometimes unplayable/playable i've heard that i need a rtx gpu but unfortunately do not have on my computer.

Specs

CPU: Intel i-4570 5th gen processor
GPU: Intel HD 4600
RAM: 10 GB DDR3
