Summary:
Sculk drop xp after breaking them with Silk Touch.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enchant a hoe with Silk Touch.

  2. Place a sculk.

  3. Switch to Survival mode.

  4. Mine the sculk with the hoe.

Observed results:
The sculk drop themselves and experience.

Expected results:
The sculk should only drop themselves.
