Sneaking state is no longer reset when the player dies and respawns

Summary:
When the player dies while sneaking, they don't stop sneaking after respawning. This doesn't match older versions of the game and Java Edition (MC-263293).

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Use a touch device or a controller

2. Create a new world with cheats enabled

3. Switch to Survival mode

4. Press the Sneak button

5. Type /tp ~ ~50 ~ in the chat

6. Respawn

Observed Results:
The player is still sneaking.

Expected Results:
The player should stop sneaking.
