If player dies in crawl mode, they respawn while still in crawl mode

When you die in water or anywhere in crawl mode and when you respawn you too in crawl mode respawn
Steps to reproduce:
Go to water
And crawl
And die
And respawn in crawl mode
This is annoying don't make the player in crawl animation you see when I spawn in the tree it glitched and standed after animation don't make the player spawn in a tree
And make him appear in normal spawning mode when spawn in a area where block is not above him instead of being in crawl mode
