Update:Can feed horse but feed and tame animation is missing.Love animation show when you feed too many and saddle it,ride and get love animation.

Have you tried feeding them apples, golden carrots or anything other than wheat?

New update.I was wrong,can be feed but has missing animation

I can confirm in 0.16.0 Minecraft W10 has animations missing

Cannot Reproduce in 1.0.2 - so has been fixed in a recent update.
