[MCPE-174764] Blue and black candles don't look the same on cakes

Blue and black candles don't look the same on cakes, here is a screenshot.
The screenshot shows the order of the candles that are in the inventory when we click on the + on the candles. And the order of candles is also the same on cakes. We see that, the blue candle on a cake looks like a normal candle, and a black candle looks like a blue one.
