Camera item don't spawn cameras

Cameras are not legitimately obtainable outside of Education Edition, as of 0.15.10 and 0.16.0 beta build 5 (0.15.90.8), therefore this issue is invalid. As of 0.15.90.8 the camera has been removed from Pocket/Win10/Gear VR Edition entirely. Closing this issue.
