Entities are set on fire for much longer periods than in Java Edition in every scenario [parity]

In bedrock edition, being set on fire by lava, blazes, fire, burning projectiles, etc, lasts much longer compared to java edition. It seems that java burning time depends on the time exposed to the "fire source", whereas in bedrock it's always a long time no matter what.

Expected result after fix: bedrock edition "burning" (being set on fire) should last as long as in java edition for version parity.

this is not the caseΒ with the recent villager curing bug report, therefore older bugs should be tracked here as well, just like many other parity issues - they clearly are unintended and therefore bugs
