[MCPE-175016] End rod Hitbox

The end rod has an incorrect hitbox during the horizontal position

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Attach it in a horizontal position

2) Move the cursor on end rod

Observed Results:{*}{*}

Vertical hitbox

Expected Results:{*}{*}
