When food bar is low you can eat like normal but then after a few nanoseconds it glitches without taking the food and filling the hunger bar and the peace of food is not taken from inventory. But you continue to still be drained of your hunger bar.

Not exactly it has more to do with when in survival without cheats than with them on but similar but I can't activate or deactivate it.
