[MCPE-175267] FPS drop whenever I face unloaded blocks in a loaded chunk

Chest, Ender chest, and the other non-full and intractable blocks unload even if im inside a chunk

This cause lag when my pov face the unloaded chest and other blocks causing my fps to freeze from 1-2 seconds
