[MCPE-175283] Minecraft is stuttering every 5 or 10 seconds on mobile and tablets

Hi minecraft is stuttering alot after the new update on ios and android devices. its almost unplayable. This annoying stutter makes me miss place my blocks and items when I try to build something. I have a video as proof.
