[MCPE-175325] Offline Multiplayer or LAN on Android may not be working

It did It again! We were connected on the same wifi that doesn't use data, Offline Multiplayer Isn't working even we turned on the "Multiplayer" button in "World Options". This bug or whatever started since 1.20.10, In Other Words my Friend's World in "Lan Games" Section didn't appear, if this is my mistake, please help!! otherwise we won't play together anymore!
