Emission and texture sets don't work on mobs with RTX

Glowing mobs (like glowing squids or blazes) and glowing elements of some mobs (like warden's luminous layer or spider/enderman's eyes) don't glow at all in Minecraft with RTX. But if you turn off RTX during the game or in the main menu they will glow again. I noticed the bug while playing Minecraft 1.20.30 on Windows 11 Home (I've got a Dell G15 5530 laptop and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 6GB Laptop GPU video card). It's also impossible to change entity textures' metalness, emitting, roughness or heightmap via texture sets. I tried to reinstall the game but it didn't help. NVIDIA drivers' updating was useless too.

Invalid. Resource packs can't change pbr textures of mobs.
