Splash particles rendering incorrectly

In the latest preview, the splashing particles when bobbing up and down in water seem to be rendering at the top of the player's head, but instead it should be around the waist.
Observed results:
-Splash particles rendering on top of the player's head instead of their waist
Expected results:
-Splash particles should render at the player's waist instead of their head
