[MCPE-175675] Cursor is stuck as a game arrow

No matter which View I use, how many times ive logged out, reset or removed skins and textures, there is still always a large arrow blocking my view and impacting game play

It's the arrow in your off-hand. We're tracking this issue at MCPE-169754, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate. Until this bug is fixed, you can either remove the arrow from your off-hand or disable your resource pack.
