What is your device model and OS? Does it happen on every world, freshly created, or on one specific?

I have this problem too on black shark 4 proΒ
Also I don't think it's performance related because when it was lagging the CPU/GPU load wasn't high
It happens on old and new worlds

I found a simple fix for this. For me it worked by just turning off vsync. To do that locate the game files(android/data/com.mojang..../files/games/minecraftpe/options.txt) search for gfx_vsync. If the value is 1 change it to zero and save it there itself. I can't confirm that they will be completely gone but they sure will decrease a lot.
