[MCPE-175777] Minecraft crashes if entering a book after writing a command

Minecraft crashes if entered a written book after editing or creating a command in a command block.

Example: if i type /give @p apple in a command block and then try to open a written book, then minecraft crashes

Yes this has been happening since version 1.20.30, there is also a bug that occurs after changing the tick delay in the command block.
