Potion particles stutter when crawling

apologies for the late response! upon further testing, this occurs only in my world which is almost 1GB in file size, it does not occur in newly created worlds.

also, if I may add, this issue was resolved once I transferred to Windows, from ps4.

I can't reproduce this issue on 1.21.2 Android. Is it still an issue in the latest stable release/preview?
