When a lush cave is below a desert biome, there is supposed to be a chance of an azalea tree generating on the surface as happens in Java Edition. (See MC-239972 - azalea trees in deserts works as intended.) Attached are two screenshots from the seed given below. The Java Edition shows several azaleas, whereas the Bedrock screenshot shows none. This occurs on all seeds where a desert is above a lush cave biome.
Steps to Reproduce:
Create a new world in both editions using seed -977118593 in Creative Mode.
Teleport to coordinates X -74, Y 109, Z -1986.
Expected Results:
The Bedrock Edition desert should generate azaleas wherever appropriate.
Observed Results:
The Bedrock Edition desert is barren of all azaleas.
