Different structure details between local and Realm created world

I notice some strange differences between worlds created locally and created on Realm using the same seed. In particular, some structure displacement happened on Realm but didn't happen on local machine. Causing them to have different world content under the same seed. 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new world using seed 181097541 on local machine and on Realm

2. Navigate to X: 3,416 Z: -1,864, there should be an ocean monument

3. Compare their structure in local world and Realm world and notice their differences.

• The one in local world should be facing north and has 2 sponge rooms and 2 treasure chamber.

• The one in realm should be facing east and has no sponge room and 1 treasure chamber.
