[MCPE-176494] can't crouch while flying

THIS IS A REAL PROBLEM FOR BUILDER COMMUNITY/CREATOR
I haven't been able to crouch while flying, its so so sooo annoying to stop fly, build platform or something just to place blocks on interactable block in mid air.
I see some of this issue was made "resolved" and work as intended, but this is not what us community want. Please!! Fix this
